The client is a Non-Governmental organization (NGO) with a global presence. The company's headquarters is in Chicago. In forestry, agriculture, and tourism, they have significantly contributed to environmental certification for long-term sustainability.


Project Challenges

In order to run their business and manage their various departments and business processes, the client used a variety of IT tools and systems including Outlook, SharePoint, SnapLogic, and others. Due to the lack of a centralized location, it was difficult to manage information for business partners, departments, and customers.

Solutions

We understood the client's long-term business objectives and vision based on our discussion and fact-finding research. In order to effectively manage all constituents, improve operational efficiency, and serve as a one-stop shop for all of the client's organizational needs, we recommended Salesforce NPSP to the client.

We successfully deployed Salesforce NPSP in which all business data, from donations and gifts to grants and opportunities, was organized by separate constituents. Automation and implementations were created to allow quick pushing, creating, and managing data. Lightning flows and other automated scripts were leveraged for tedious manual processes. Finally, Salesforce's attachment and chatter feature allowed users to create, store, and stay connected on documents within the system, remedying reliance on external systems.


Results

Through Salesforce NPSP implementation, the client was able to streamline their processes, manage constituents more effectively, and improve operational efficiency significantly. By adopting the Nonprofit Success Pack, the nonprofit was able to achieve their business goals with a proactive approach and planning.
